What is PointShop?

PointShop is a website where you can earn points by taking part in surveys, entering competitions and so on. The points you earn can then be exchanged for free gifts (sweets, DVD's, vouchers and much more) in the shop.

As a VIP member you get 100% extra points on all campaigns, free delivery, etc. Therefore you earn points much quicker than ordinary members.

How can you give me free gifts?

When you participate in competitions, surveys, blogs, shopping online or put things up for sale, we earn money from it. But instead of keeping that money, we share it with you in the form of points, it is these points you can exchange for free gifts. We think that’s fair.

How do I get my welcome gift?

With this VIP offer you will get points put into your account, which you must then use to get your welcome gift. The welcome gift is free. You will get a detailed description in the welcome email we send to you after you have completed the payment. If in doubt, you can always contact our customer service.

Is my payment and personal information secure?

We do a lot to ensure your safety. Therefore your payment is handled by PointPay Ltd. who via an encrypted SSL connection, ensures all data sent will remain private and unaltered. It is paramount to us that we protect all credit card transactions and personal information.

How much does it cost?

You just pay £1 for 14 days Universal VIP membership (worth £21). After this period, the subscription will be renewed automatically every 30 days (£45 per 30 days) unless you cancel your VIP membership before then.

Do I bind myself to anything?

No, there is no binding period. The VIP membership can always be cancelled online or through our customer service by phone on; 0203 588 0269 weekdays between the hours of 9am - 3pm.
